Horizon's PTSA vision is the same as Washington State PTA:

Our Mission: To enhance the experience of our children's education by encouraging support and involvement from the community and school.

The PTSA exists to identify the needs of all students, the school, its families and community. Together we find the ways to provide each student a safe environment with the best teachers, tools and resources to meet those needs and unlock success in every child. Horizons Elementary PTSA exists on this platform with the help and support of our school, families and community. Becoming involved in the PTSA and our activities is a contribution and investment into your child’s education and well-being.
